After about 140 km I arrived at Bree. The outside temperature is 35,5 degrees Celsius at that moment.

The temperature inside the tent was unbelievable. It was hot, there was nearly no ventilation through the tent. This picture is taken during the openings act

The Vipers, they're well known in Belgium.

Outside the sun was burning. The first Dutch fans (Gea, Bouwe, Erik, Netty, Ruud, Esther and Nol) arrived early and drank some local beer.

During the evening I met our Belgium friends Staf and his wife Frieda and Eddie with his father

Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich (without Dave Dee, who died in 2009). They played their classical songs like

Bent it and Zabadak and a lot of other 60's hits. Despite they had there hits in the 60's, they're not very much older than Mick Box.

It was nice to hear and see them.

Next band: John Coghlan's Staus Quo. John Coghlan was the drummer of Status Quo (1969 - 1981). This was the third Quo band (Status Quo at Arrow Classic Rock and Quotation as opener for Uriah Heep)

I heard and I think the best one. They didn't bore me at all!!!

They played a lot of 70's Quo music, like Down, down and Roll over laydown.

We had a lot of fun (and sweat)
